30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • You must include all tags, instructions, and any accessories that came with the product.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used candles, diffusers, or other scent-based items

  • Items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at shan@saltillocompany.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
