You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
You must include all tags, instructions, and any accessories that came with the product.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Final sale or clearance items
Custom-made or personalized products
Gift cards
Opened or used candles, diffusers, or other scent-based items
Items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at shan@saltillocompany.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
